The South Pass MKII Pack is approximately 2,500 cubic inches (40 liters). Great for day day hunts, 1-2 night trips. The South Pass’s large zippered opening offers easy access to the main compartment. Two zippered pockets inside the front flap, with one on top of the pack, and 4 loops for hanging gear on the interior. The MKII features removable shoulder straps for easy adjustments, along with a removable hip belt. Both shoulder straps and hip belt are made with 3/4 inch closed cell foam for added comfort. The font of the pack has both a 4-way stretch pocket and elastic draw cord for easily stowing top layers and gear. Although the South Pass could be used as a frameless pack, it features both a supportive hip belt and load lifter straps, making it best used with our Tegris^® frame sheet and stays.
